This guest quarter is comprised of one bedroom, one living room , one bathroom, and good size kitchen. There is a door separating it from other parts of the house, like your own unit, therefore, you can enjoy the privacy. 10-15 minutes from Miller Park, Downtown of Milwaukee and Waukesha, Aurora Medical Center of West Allis, Children hospital, State Fairs. Easy easy to HWY 94. The space This place is like your own unit and you can enjoy the full privacy, and use your own bathroom and kitchen. Nobody will bother you. Guest access Basic amenities: cleaning bedding, fresh towels, shampoo, body wash lotion, hair dryer; Kitchen: feel free to use cookware, utensils, and appliances as needed. Storage: plenty of storage space is available for your groceries Other things to note 1. Shoes off inside. 2. Quiet time after 10pm. keep quiet during your staying. 3. No pets. 4. Don’t trash the place: please keep the house as clean as possible when you check out, otherwise, extra cleaning will be required to pay for the extra work. 5. Keep the place clean: clean after using the kitchen, bathroom; keep everything order. 6. No overnight guests or visitors: If any, tell me ahead and there is extra charge $20/person. 7. No smoking: if smoking, penalty and extra fee (at least $300) will be incurred to compensate the loss, and fix the issue. 8. No illegal activities: Zero tolerance to any criminal activities inside the house 9. Be polite and respectful: just please respect our stuff and there won’t be an issue.
