Casa Lucia(lux family apartment)(Fibre Optique)

Casa Lucia is a nice apartment, very quiet and located in downtown Rabat close to all amenities (Carrefour Express downstairs, tram, souk... etc). The apartment is distinguished by its original vintage side, each room, each space has its own theme and its own lighting ambiances (more than a dozen) all bedrooms are equipped with TV (Netflix, iptv, etc.) the kitchen is well equipped (oven, microwave, panini, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) there is a bathroom and a half. The space comfort and proximity to sum up Casa Lucia, in fact, all amenities are close except the tram (5 min walk) even the TGV is 5 minutes by car (possibility to spend the day in the beautiful city of Tangier (1h20 from Rabat)) you can also have a romantic candlelit dinner when you come home (quiet residence) as you can also discover cheap pub lounge restaurants and nearby (Palatino, Les 2 Palais...) via the "indrive" app (10 dh-40 dh/4 people) Guest access the only access is free parking within the residence (dead end) which I do not recommend (risk of blocking by neighbors) otherwise the apartment is fully equipped (see equipment) Other things to note Parking in the cul-de-sac of the residence is not recommended during the day (risk of blockages by other cars) however, you can park there if you plan to return permanently or at night (after closing of Carrefour Market), during the day, it is advisable to park outside.
