Because of the lack of larger homes that accommodate larger groups in the area, the 4th bedroom is located in the basement which includes 2 pull out queen sofa beds, 1 couch and room for additional air mattresses. The entire home is yours. Large downstairs with fireplace and large living room. Spacious Dining room for the nightly game of cards or family dinner. Newly stained deck with patio seating, propane grill, large backyard backed up to trees is the perfect place to hang out with friends and family. Full access to laundry room with washer and dryer. There will be detergent and dryer sheets should you need them. Plenty of parking with 2 car garage that provides safety from the elements. 2 lane driveway also will hold 4 additional vehicles. You may also park in front of home on the street. Home is fully stocked with anything we could ever think of along with guest suggestions. If you forgot it, we will have it. Want to take your little one for a walk, use the stroller. Want to cook a meal needing a specific pan to cook in. Chances are we will have it. If not, just ask and we will make sure it is there. Our home is mainly set up for around 14-16 adults. 6 in upstairs beds, 4 in downstairs sofa beds, 2 queen waste height air mattresses & 2 more available, 2 twin floor mattresses, couch downstairs and one upstairs and a large area to create a pallet for groups of kids to sleep.
