Ancient estate on Apennine Mountains, Romagna

The space The estate is an ancient colonic house on a sunny spot of the Apennines between Tuscan and Romagna. For its location is an excellent base for trekking and hiking, wildilife viewing or just a place to relax for those who love nature and the dimension the photos suggest. Although it offers everything you need, it is not suitable for those looking for the normal luxuries of hotel rooms. The house is also the owner's exposure site for his works of sculpture. To reach the estate is recommended (but not required except in the winter season or period of rainfall) using a 4wd, since the house is placed at the end of a mile of dirt road. Nearby there is a restaurant serving typical local cuisine. Guest access The house is divided into two communicating sections. The apartment reserved to guests is completely furnished and composed of a double bedroom, a bright and well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom / sitting room with a bunk bed, bathroom. Pure drinking spring water from a private source. Other things to note The town has restaurants, hospital, food and other services but the house is 15-20 minutes drive far from it and fully immersed in nature, so beware of bees, wasps, scorpions and other insects. During the spring/summer season, anti-tick spray is highly recommended. Wood for domestic heating (necessary on winter) is NOT included and must be required separately at a price to be agreed. Mobiles do not receive signal inside the house, while outside the signal is variable according to the operator (wind and tim are the most reliable).
