Large bedroom with fitness area + sofa bed in the living room + 2 single beds on the 2nd floor. Entrance to the ground floor via the owner's accommodation (digicode) The space Apartment of about 120 m2 with fitness area and sauna for 4 people. Artistic decoration The apartment is on the 1st & 2nd floor, duplex, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. * SAUNA: €20/2 people for 2 hours. And €5 per additional person. Notify me the day before and indicate the chosen time. FORBIDDEN for children UNDER 16. No catering service in July or August. Guest access The entire apartment + the inner courtyard + the hallway of the ground floor Barbecue area in the garden possible (to be shared if necessary) Other things to note Free parking on the square 30 m away.
