The bedroom has 1 Double-sized, memory foam bed and 1 bunk bed, which accommodates 3 adults. The room has airconditioner and a stand fan. There is also 1 coffee table with 2 chairs inside the room for those lazy butts who want to have breakfast in bed. Automatic washing machine with spinner is available, which is placed inside the toilet. These are: -Kiddie Pool -Adult Pools (all pools in the property) -Work-out gym -Basketball Court -Clubhouse Paviluon for parties (upon reservation/with fee) -Pay Parking Other things to note Please note that all consumable things inside the condo unit can be used/consumed for FREE (eg. soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soap, toilet paper, bottled water, welcome snacks, etc.) However, taking home towels, beddings, linens and the likes are strictly not allowed. Tenants will be asked to leave 1 government ID and a deposit of P3000 upon checking in. The ID and the said amount will be returned to them, once everything is cleared, upon checking out (lost of keys and any damagane in the property could be deducted from the deposit).
