Lake Macquarie Guesthouse

Modern self-contained guesthouse at the front of our family home, next to the shores of Lake Macquarie. Away from the chaos but close to everything. Renovated with two rooms, a modern bathroom & new kitchenette. We are in a quiet parkland setting. Wake up to the native birds and rustle of the gum trees. Go for a walk around the lake, play or picnic in the park and go for a fish. Indoor dogs accepted on request. Whilst adjacent to the Lake, the Studio has limited views of the lake. The space Our studio guesthouse ("The Studio") is self-contained, and completely standalone from our main house with its own entry. Kids or babies no problem! Please note The Studio consists of two rooms only. First room is a bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/toilet, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The second room contains the front door/entry, bunk beds, kitchenette with two burner induction cooktop, mini bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We can provide a fold-out bed for a 5th guest/extra child. This area is perfect for the nature lover, boatie or fisherman. We sit next to a large park with kids playground, basketball court and plenty of room for a game of cricket or soccer. National park walking tracks a 10 minute walk away, or go exploring around the lake for the incredible historic indigenous sites. Kayaking, sailing, fishing or just sitting under a tree watching the view, all out the front. Off street parking on our driveway. We are dog friendly for pets used to being indoors - please note no outdoor fenced area for pets. Whilst adjacent to the Lake, the Studio only has limited views of the lake itself. Guest access Guests can access guesthouse completely independently from our house. The most direct way to the adjacent park and lake is through a gate, and down the side of our property- its about 10m from The Studio. Other things to note The Studio has a new kitchenette with two burner induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. Basic cutlery and crockery is included. Dogs are welcome by arrangement - best suited to dogs used to being indoors. There is plenty of space for them to run and swim in the park next door. Registration Details PID-STRA-10831
