Located at the base of the Olympic Mountains, you will find this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property. Just minutes away you will find the Olympic Discovery Trail, Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, 2 golf courses, and an abundance of lavender farms. There is plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy some R&R after a day spent exploring the Olympic Peninsula. Complete with a home office and a garden full of fresh berries, come for a weekend or hunker down for an extended stay. The space Sitting on 2 acres of land, the property has magnificent views of the Olympic Mountains. The expansive space provides solitude and peace and is equipped with a BBQ, yard games, and plenty of outdoor seating. The sunsets from the patio are a must-see! The house has an an abundance of natural light and an open-concept living space, dining table with seating for 8, and a bar with seating for 5. With a fully stocked kitchen, guests are able to dine in with all of the conveniences of home. The living room has a Roku TV with apps for all your streaming needs. The master suite has a king size bed and walk-in closet, a Roku TV, as well as a reading nook to enjoy some quiet time with a view. The master bath has a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, heated tile floors, and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with shower and tub combo and heated tile floors. The third bedroom is a bunk bed with a full-sized mattress on top and a queen-sized mattress on the bottom, a walk-in closet, and additional sleeping accommodations upon request. The office has two separate work stations and access to a printer and high speed internet. A full laundry room is also available during your stay. You will not have access to the garage. Guest access There is plenty of outdoor parking for multiple vehicles, or RV. The garage will not be available. The Dungeness Wildlife Refuge is within a mile, which has access to the Dungeness Spit and breathtaking beach, and also serves as the trailhead to a 10-mile roundtrip hike out to the lighthouse. The Cedars at Dungeness and Skyridge Golf Courses are 1.5 to 2 miles away. Cline Split is approximately 3-4 miles away and has a boat launch. Lots of Lavender farms all within minutes! Dungeness River Audubon Center and Railroad Bridge, Olympic Game Farm, and the ever-expanding Olympic Discovery Trail are also all right around the corner. And our beloved sister town of Port Angeles is full of small shops, unique dining, and endless outdoor fun. Downtown PA is a 25-minute drive. Other things to note FAMILY FRIENDLY: Upon request, we have a pack-and-play, high chair, children's toys, books, soaps and shampoos, and single occupant BOB stroller available to make traveling with a family much more convenient. PET FRIENDLY: A quick note for pet owners: we are able to accommodate dogs, but not cats, due to home owner allergies. PLEASE KEEP DOGS OFF ALL FURNITURE. This will ensure that we can continue to provide a dog-friendly experience at this house. Consider bringing your furry friends a travel bed or blanket to make their stay just as comfortable as yours.
