In the same place, Nova Vas, there are several typical taverns and excellent wine cellars, the shop is located 200 m from the house, and at only 2.7 km from the house there is a large water amusement park - Istralandia. This house is located on an enclosed property with an outdoor swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a gas barbecue and a covered terrace with large dining table for outdoor dining. The house has a total living area of 180 m2 located on three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a two persons sleeping couch, one double bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathub and one double bedroom with double bed with private shower/toilet. At the first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed, balcony and private bathroom/toilet. Under the sun deck there's one more bedroom with double bed and private shower/toilet with separate entrance.
