Our house is nestled on a nature reserve with forest walks, streams, cycling, rope swings and more - huge amounts to do as a family right on the door step. A perfect destination for a perfect break! The space With its own drive, this house sits in a prime location. Though moments from everything, this beautiful property offers peace, tranquillity and seclusion with a myriad of space for children to run free and for parents to relax and entertain. The well-presented garden and the access to it from both kitchen and relaxing areas provides 360 degrees open-plan living. The kitchen is the heart of the house, fully equipped with all mod cons and funky decor. The professional oven is perfect for entertaining your friends and family with a dining area and island that offers ample space. Downstairs has both a boot room to dump wellies, wet suits, shoes and coats after your adventure packed day. The play has lots of toys, games, a mini drum kit and fancy-dress box to keep the children amused - there's also Wii and Sky in there. The colourful living room has a working log fire, sofas, bean bags and arm chairs to relax. The TV also has quite literally all the channels you could possibly want for. Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, the lot. Upstairs are four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size, duel aspect views of the garden and an open plan ensuite with a roll-top bath that you can watch TV in. The cosy 2nd bedroom is a double over looks the garden and is very peaceful. Bedroom 3 is a children’s wonderland sleeping one double, Bedroom 4 is a small double. With a wonderfully well-equipped open-plan kitchen, large dining table, cosy wood-burner sofa area, floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors that spills out onto a brand new large decking area fully equipped with large BBQ, outdoor furniture, a garden with football & netball net and a trampoline so plenty for children to do whilst relaxing in the beautiful garden. The guest bathroom upstairs has a rainforest shower and underfloor heating, fully equipped with fresh towels and bath products. The garage houses a games room with table tennis, darts and a makeshift bar. The garden. Please be aware garden is not secure for dogs or small children, it runs parallel to a beautiful nature reserve. Which is open and accessed through our private drive and end of our road.
