You’ll also have small Hospitality Bistro with a sink, microwave, icebox, snacks & beverages, and ample counter space. I live upstairs and am available if you need anything at all. you will also have access to a secluded hot tub which is located on the property not in the room. The home is located in a safe and pedestrian-friendly area of south St. Louis City. Close to the hospital and perfect for traveling nurses and families! Only 4 Miles to Forest Park, museums, The St. Louis Zoo, and Washington University. 2 miles to Webster Groves, 1 mile to Maplewood, 9 miles west of Downtown, 4 Miles to The Grove (gay area) and Midtown (Theater District). There is plenty of street parking available. Walking distance to Lindenwood Park. The Bathroom You will have your own bathroom with extra linens, walk-in shower, and large mirror. The bathroom door opens up to the kitchenette, near the common stairway and shared laundry. The bathroom is all yours! All The Amenities! I want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and I want the suite to feel like home to you. A few things that will be included for guests: -wet bar stocked with water, sodas, candies & granola bars -coffee maker, k-cups, and an extensive tea collection -cozy kitchen table with 2 cushioned seats -high-speed internet access -workspace/desk with lamp -full-length mirror -fan and electric space heater in the bedroom -extra pillows and blankets -iron & ironing board -laundry detergent provided for guests -extra toiletries left in bathroom -extra linens and towels provided -access to the fenced-in backyard -bbq pit on the back deck Pet Policy While I love all four-legged friends, ONLY dogs are allowed on the property at this time. If you are traveling with your dog, I ask that you clean up after them. I have a severe allergy to cats and cannot allow them in the home. Guest access Guests will have their own entrance to their private suite & bathroom. The bathroom will be entirely the guests and you will also have access to shared space in the basement, laundry room, fenced-in backyard, and full kitchen upstairs (if you want to cook, kitchen access for an additional fee). the kitchenette is main hallway so it is considered a shared leading into the laundry which shared space During your stay Work from Home during the day can be your private lyft/uber driver. I can also show you around if you need it. Other things to note there is a $25 non-refundable fee for All Pets. (each pet). I understand your pet is wonderful and would never do anything bad or shied but some pets do. I will also charge you a another person is on property that you did not indicate on the original reservation. weekend stays if you only stay for one night Friday through Sunday you'll be charged a $10 fee for booking only one night during the weekend. also Airbnb has changed some of its policies so to clarify you have within 24 hours of your reservation. also under airbnb's revised alteration or change of reservation notification must sent within 24 hours of check-in. Hot tub water is very phoenikey , so please do not spill any Anything in it?Also , please make sure if you're wearing your bathing Suit. It does not have any type of fabric softener in it. It will cause problems for the pumps and I will have to drain it and pass that charge onto you. During peak travel and holiday dates there will be a fifty dollar charge to alter any reservation. Also during holiday dates You will be charged one night. If you don't cancel before seven days of your reservation. If it falls on a holiday.
