Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation. THE APARTMENT We have 3 apartments, 2 in Adriatic Sea-Riviera Opatija-Lovran named: Patrician's House, and 1 in Zagreb, in the capital of Croatia, named: Historical Home. Our apartments are fully furnished, serviced, and equipped with amenities, wi-fi, tv satellite. Our foremost mission is to make our guests feel welcomed and like at home. From arrival to departure we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable and as memorable as it should be. All our selected properties are located in the town center. Each apartment has its own identity and has been individually decorated in a warm inviting style. Our goal is to provide comfort and privacy for our guests. The house has an amazing communal space and a beautiful courtyard. All our guests are warmly welcomed. From the moment you arrive, I, or some of my friendly family members will show you the apartment, and all the instructions and advice you would need. TOP LOCATION Lovran is a romantic coastal and medieval town in the northern Adriatic Sea. It is an idyllic, relaxed and popular summer place. The Patrician's House dates back to the 17 century. It was re-built around 1632 and restored many times after that period. It is situated in the historic town center. The stone house is surrounded by medieval old city walls. APARTMENT WITH THE STILE This historical house, in the past time, was home to noble families. The apartment is organized into 2 rooms + a small kitchen + bathroom. This is a space that invites you to relax, contemplate, and enjoy. Note: Free WF, high Sped internet with an unlimited connection. This is a non -smoking apartment, but we have separate places for smoking. Check-in time: 2 pm, check-out time 10 am.Bed linen, tools, welcome product, upon your arrival. Bed linen and towels are changed as stated in the rental terms. The apartment is in a centrum, historic, charming, and quiet place. You do not need a car. All are in radius 200-300.m. 2-4 minutes walking. Enjoy! The apartment accommodates two persons. It offers a comfortable bedroom, living (or 'champagne') room, with +1bed. small, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. . Guest access There is free parking in front of the house for your convenience. Other things to note Available activities include promenades on the sea and scuba diving. Enjoy it! :-)
