This is a Beachfront room in a Clean & Peaceful Sandy Beach in Na-Jomtien (15 mins to South Pattaya). Tesco Express, 7/11, and local restaurants are just 5-15 mins away by walk. Local taxis and public vans from/to Bangkok are just metres away. :) The space Ensuite Studio Room with balcony at 52 sq.m. for Rent in Na Jomtien/Ban Amphur (close to South Pattaya). Easily Accessible. The room is located right on the Sukhumvit Road and is only metres away from the beach (Beach-front). Quiet and peaceful. The room gets both Sea-View and Mountain View. Lots of fresh air. The room has a water heater, bath-tub, air-conditioner, king-sized bed and mattress, pillows, wardrobe, TV (no cable), microwave, and refrigerator. Free Wifi available in the lobby. Outdoor parking of cars and motorcycles. Key-card & building security. The room is great with its location just metres away from the sandy beach and the main road that allows you to catch a local taxi to Pattaya. Local taxis run every 15-30 minutes. Easily accessible by public vans from/to Bangkok! Please note as the room is ideally located close to the local town and the beach, there may be some noises from the road and school (noises from school are normally from 7am and down by 8am) so you might want to keep the glass door at the balcony closed. Also if you are looking for a place that is in the middle of Pattaya or all day night life, this room may not suit you. This room is more for those who are in search of peace and quality sand beach as well as for family oriented persons. All the best! There are convenient stores such as Tesco Expresd, 7/11, and local Big C Mini just 5-15 minute-walk from the building. A cash machine is really just across the street. The beach is only 100 metres away. This neighbourhood is just great. :-) Travelling to/from Pattaya: It takes about 15-25 minutes from the building to South/Central/North Pattaya by local pick-up taxis which normall run every 15-30 minutes. Travelling to/from Bangkok: You could easily catch a public van for 'Bangkok-Sattahip Route' from the Victory Monument. The van stand is next to a Suzuki Showroom at the Victory Monument. Tell them you want to get off at 'Technic Sattahip'. The journey is about 2 hours depending on the traffic. The van should drop you in front if the Sattahip Polytechnic College. The building is directly opposite of the college. Very very easy. :) How to get to the van stand at Bangkok's Victory Monument: An easy way get to the Victory Monument by BTS Sky Train, when you reach the Victory Monument Station, please EXIT at the Century Mall Exit which will lead you to inside the mall. Once you are in the mall, go to the Ground floor: and Turn Right when you come out of the mall. Keep walking and you will see the Suzuki Showroom on the right. The 'Bangkok-Sattahip Route' van stand is just there. The van should cost you approximately THB 140/GBP 3/USD 5. Tell the staff you want to go to 'Technic Sattahip' and they will stop at the van stop directly opposite of the building. :) Enjoy your stay! :-) Guest access This room is around 2 minutes by car to Ocean Yacht Marina; and 10-15 minutes by car to Phoenix Golf Course. The room is in a perfect location situated between Pattaya and Bangsarey. Therefore guests can travel to both places very conveniently. Other things to note Although the room is on a high floor, you may want to keep the glass door at the Balcony closed to avoid any noise from outside the building.
