Vila Rita by the sea - Lesvos

What is very special and I love it in Villa Rita is the very close relationship with the sea which you can enjoy in rare moments like the sunrise or moon when it has a full moon, when it has clouds, in peace, in the storm, from the terrace, to the bedrooms, to the living room, unforgettable images 24 hours a day. The space In front of the beach facing east, VILA RITA is a two floor house of spectacular architectural design. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a W.C., a large sitting and dinning room with fire place and stove for winter, 2 big verandas, one facing east towards the garden and the sea the other facing south. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and an electric piano. The 3rd bedroom with a double bed is on the upper floor and has its own WC and two verandas, one facing towards the sea, offering a perfect hidden spot for sunbathing. From there every morning you can watch astonishing sunrises! In the garden there are apricot trees (delicious fruits in June!), fig trees, a plum tree and also many flowers. There is also in the backyard a playground for children with swings and just as you enter the front garden a metal structure in the shape of a dinosaur, where one can climb and do acrobatics. The house is situated on the footsteps of a hillside full of olive and pine trees where you can enjoy magnificent walks and gather aromatic plants (sage, etc). What we really enjoy in our house and we believe makes it worthy, is the contact with the sea. Only a few meters away from the yard door, one can put his swimming suite on and jump into the waters of the Aegean sea, just before his/her breakfast or anytime he/she feels like it.
