There will be €12 charge If you lose or damage any of the kitchen utensils, there will be minimum 7 Euro or more depending on the item, which will be taken out of your deposit. NO SMOKING INDOORS This is a very quiet and peaceful apartment complex, and everybody is very respectful to each other. If there is a complaint due to disrespectful, and noisy behavior your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Guest understands that the rental unit is a non-smoking unit, and agrees to smoke only in the outdoor designated smoking areas. I supply the initial items that will last you 2 days, you will need to purchase your own supplies if you run out of it during your stay. Please, bring your own coffee and tea, there's a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and toaster in the kitchen. The apartment is walking distance from all the cafes and restaurants as well as small supermarkets. Please, never leave any food outside the fridge or from sealed bags, ants will be attracted to it and it will be a problem to get rid of them. There is a brand-new fridge for you to protect all your food. Please, throw all your trash as often as you can, especially when you check out of the apartment which is on the street level in front the nearby hotel. It's a green big trash bin. VERY IMPORTANT: Please, during your stay, dispose all sanitary napkins and toilets paper into the trash bin provided in the bathroom for your convenience to avoid plumbing problems -as you can imagine during the high summer season it takes time to bring in plumbers/handyman-. Do not forget to clean up the fridge when you leave, please DO NOT leave any food behind you. There will be a charge if you leave your food or your trash behind and it is €20 for trash and another €20 for leaving your food behind. Ample street parking is available around the apartment complex. Please, help me conserve energy by turning off all the lights, and anything that you don't need on EVERYTIME YOU LEAVE THE APARTMENT.
