Located in the centre of the Lake District in the popular village of Bowness on Windermere, very near to the lake, restaurants, bars and boating centre. The apartment is set in a quiet residential area 2 minutes walk from the centre. The space Nestled just off a private drive, The Annexe is a mere stone's throw from the vibrant town of Bowness-on-Windermere. Right through the front door, you're greeted with a handy porch, perfect for tucking away your walking boots and outdoor gear. The property presents an open plan kitchen and living room. Whether it's rustling up a hearty breakfast or unwinding with a cuppa after a day's exploration, the well-stocked kitchen has you covered, it even features a washing machine and dishwasher for that extra bit of convenience. Bedroom consists of a snug double bedroom (feather bedding) , with a built-in wardrobe and a dressing table and a TV. And let's not forget the modern bathroom, kitted out with a rainfall shower, hand basin, and W.C. The bathroom incl shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We've also got you covered with a small and large bath towel each. Plus, thanks to the underfloor heating throughout, you're guaranteed to stay toasty, even on the chilliest of Lake District days. For a breath of fresh air, there's no shortage of walks nearby. Brant Fell Walk and Biskey Howe Viewpoint are fantastic for a leisurely evening stroll. And if you fancy a day by the water, Lake Windermere, including the lovely Miller Ground spot perfect for a BBQ, is just a short walk away. Outdoor space There is a small seating area at the front of the property with a table and chairs, ideal for a morning coffee or a quiet drink in the evening.
