Family-Owned & Operated/34 time SUPER Hosts: Our cozy home is part of a duplex in Koreatown--private, secure, & includes 1 parking space. It boasts large windows, hardwood floors, natural light, & stylish interiors. We take extra care to deep clean + sanitize between visits. Guests always mention our hospitality, friendly neighbors, personal touches, & all the Ktown tips we share. Our home is ideal for short stays & business trips. Kindly ensure you read/acknowledge all details in the listing. The space We are a small family-owned Airbnb, and love to welcome guests from around the world. As 34 time consecutive Super Hosts, we are deeply committed to providing our guests with a great experience. The space was created for the exclusive use of our guests. No one resides in the home on a regular basis. Our home is all about harmony—every detail perfectly in sync with the vibe. Earthy tones, rattan, bamboo, and the softest textures come together to create a space designed to inspire rest and creativity. Upon entering, a delightful and fully-equipped *mini kitchen* and cozy living space share one room. Next, is the light-filled master bedroom, which is tastefully decorated with many earthy materials and plants. Guests really enjoy all the natural light that pours in, the Queen Casper mattress, and comfortable bedding. Adjacent to the bedroom, is the spacious bathroom with a full shower and tub, and more plants for a spa-like feeling. Our home is great for those in LA on business who may need a place to retreat and re-energize after a long day of meetings. Tourists and solo travelers who are in LA for a real taste of the city, and want a restful comfortable place to come home to after a long adventurous day. Or couples on holiday who just want to enjoy the city by day, cozy up at night, and sleep-in in the morning. Our neighborhood is residential, typically quiet, and truly a foodie’s paradise. Within a short walk you'll find some of the best coffee shops and eateries in LA, many of which are on top lists, & have gone viral. We highlight our personal favorites, menus, local tips and recommendations in our house Manual. ***PLEASE KINDLY READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE BEFORE BOOKING*** To set the proper expectation: Koreatown is a diverse, working class neighborhood in the sprawling, urban city of Los Angeles. It is not a posh neighborhood, but we are surrounded by neighbors who have happily been in their homes for decades. It is very important for us that all of our guests and travelers enjoy their stay and that they feel relaxed, but we ask you to remember this is our loving home, not a hotel. We only approve requests from Verified Airbnb Users with a clear profile photo, at least 1 positive review, and no negative reviews. Instant bookings that slip through the cracks are subject to cancellation. This unit is only suitable for *NON-SMOKERS*: Strict NO SMOKING policy enforced all throughout. If you smoke our neighbors will be able to smell it. $300 PENALTY FEE + ALL ASSOCIATED CLEANING FEES will be charged. *In addition: the booking will be cancelled immediately, no matter the time of day, without refund* Our unit is part of a duplex complex meaning walls are shared with the neighbors. Our neighbors are very kind, mindful, and respectful but because it’s a duplex, you may occasionally hear them next door. Our *mini kitchen* is great for light/on-the-go meals. It’s equipped with a sink, mini fridge, induction stovetop, tea kettle, french press, 1 pot, 1 pan and all other basic kitchen supplies. No microwave. We offer our guests complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, and snacks. ONE parking space is available, most suitable for compact cars (ie: Toyota Corolla/Prius, etc.). Message us BEFORE booking if you have a larger vehicle. We always do our best to assist. We can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 2 guests. For security and liability reasons, only REGISTERED Airbnb guests are allowed in our home. No outside visitor(s) allowed in the home. Booking is subject to cancellation without refund if additional guests are brought inside. Guest access This listing is for your own private living quarters. During your stay, you will enjoy complete privacy as no one will enter your space, but please keep in mind this is part of a duplex complex. A wall, driveway and front porch are shared. You will have one designated COMPACT parking space in the driveway. It is very important you do not block the neighbors from entering/exiting. And that you're mindful of closing the gate every time you come/go. You're free to use anything in the home and will have access to ROKU streaming device, WIFI, an entire dresser, a closet + hangers, and all basic amenities (shampoo, soap, lotion) are provided for you. **PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: due to booking turnover, early check-ins/late check-outs/luggage storage, etc. cannot be accommodated. If you have an early flight in/late flight out, we recommend looking into storage lockers in the area. Thank you in advance for understanding** Other things to note PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE: - making a last minute booking (24 hours or less) to ensure we are able to accommodate you. Our standard cut off time is noon the day before arrival. Instant bookings with less than 24 hour notice are subject to cancellation **BOOKINGS EXCEEDING 5 nights: - we will need to access the space at least 1x halfway through your stay to care for our plants. -subject to additional cleaning fee -no on-site laundry available but we can recommend a great nearby Fluff & Fold service if needed **PLEASE BE MINDFUL of your belongings and double check you have everything before leaving. Items left behind can be shipped to you for an automatic $40 fee + guests are responsible for all incurred shipping/insurance costs. SMOKING VIOLATION FINE: we do not allow anyone to smoke/vape any substance inside our home, on the front porch, OR within the gated area. Guests who violate our house rule & choose to smoke will be charged $300 fine + cleaning fees AND booking will be immediately cancelled. LATE CHECK OUT FEE: Due to booking turnover, our cleaning crew needs to be able to access the space promptly after 11AM. We ask guests to be mindful of the checkout time + checkout procedure. There is a $50 charge per 1/2 hour (or fraction thereof) when late in checking out. Please DO NOT use our address to receive any mail or packages. There are Amazon lockers/UPS/FED EX/USPS locations in the area you can use for this service. A small loving maltipoo, Cali, lives next door. She is super sweet and you may encounter her at some point, but she becomes very territorial and anxious around other dogs/pets. For this reason, we cannot accommodate any guests with pets/pups/service animals. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding. Registration Details HSR19-004430
