Great fully eqquiped kitchen including: stove, microwave and dishwasher. Pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and drinking glasses are also included in the house. Full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Other things to note *POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $35 per nigh with a minimum required of 7 sequential days. Must be informed 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. - Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. ** BBQ GRILL: is an additional service Must be required 48 hours prior to the check-in date. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. PARKING: Parking at the resort is not reserved - guests can park in any available space on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide the names of all drivers in advance so they can be registered in the resort's system.
