Nestled in Tsagarada, Pelion, Maria's Balcony offers the perfect retreat in nature, where the wild beauty of the mountain meets the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. The space On the eastern side of Magnesia, 62 km from Volos, lies Tsagarada — one of the most popular and picturesque villages of Pelion. In the heart of the village, you'll find the square of Agia Paraskevi, home to the famous 1,000-year-old plane tree. From there, a ten-minute drive takes you closer to the beach of Fakistra. Just before reaching the beach, you'll come across the cottage “Maria's Balcony” — a fully equipped home with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. The house features one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a spacious outdoor area with a barbecue. The seating furniture can be converted into a bed, allowing the house to accommodate up to six guests. Fakistra Beach is just three minutes away by car (1.5 km), while the famous beach of Mylopotamos is a ten-minute drive (4 km). Within twenty minutes, you can also reach Papa Nero and other beaches in the village of Agios Ioannis. Restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, a kiosk, and supermarkets are all within a ten-minute drive from the house. We would be delighted to welcome you to Maria’s Balcony and help you feel right at home! Other things to note When you arrive at the house, either I or my parents will be there to welcome you and provide information about the house and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 8:00 p.m. Please note that there is no cleaning service during your stay, but extra sheets and towels will be available.
