Our studio log cabins (we have several) are cozy and quaint, making them the perfect choice for the couple looking for a private getaway or for the lone traveler looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This cabin has a max occupancy of two guests. Equipped with a queen-sized bed, gas log stove, kitchen, bath, couch, TV, and free WiFi, a studio cabin provides our guests with a safe space to relax and unwind. Close to all spring, summer, fall, and winter activities. Private log cabin within a resort. The pool is open in the summer months and is a shared space. A/C is available in warmer months. The laundry room and game room are in a separate building and are part of a shared space. Our office is staffed from 8 am - 8 pm Mon -Fri and 9 am - 8 pm Sat/Sun. No daily housekeeping but extra supplies, if needed, can be found at the office 24 hrs/day. This cabin is located within Sterling Ridge Resort and is a short drive to local restaurants, venues, and activities: just a 10-minute drive to Smuggler's Notch Ski Resort, direct access to VAST snowmobile trails, and a short drive to hiking trails, mountain bike trails, the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, and the quaint villages of Jeffersonville and Stowe. Private transportation is required. Parking is located right next to your cabin. If you are traveling by plane, you will need a rental vehicle. In the winter, we recommend a vehicle with winter tires and all-wheel or four-wheel drive. Vermont Route 108 from Stowe is CLOSED for the winter, between November and April. The Vermont Department of Transportation maintains a website updated with the latest road conditions, including the closure of VT Rt 108. Please check it for updates during bad weather. This road closure increases the road trip from Sterling Ridge to and from Stowe from roughly 30 minutes to roughly an hour. No loud music is permitted after 9pm, and quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. Groups in excess of the maximum occupancy will not be permitted to lodge in the unit.
