Free off road parking for one guest vehicle. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bed linen, towels, soap, toilet rolls and fast WiFi provided. Inside is bright and airy with stylish touches throughout, with an open plan lounge/kitchen area, a separate double bedroom with ensuite (shower, toilet, basin, illuminated mirror) The space The space is modern and contemporary, bright, comfy and warm, with underfloor heating in each room and a carpeted bedroom with modern ensuite, a 40 inch wall mounted TV with all Freeview channels. The house is surrounded by Cornish countryside and a short drive (or bus journey) to Newquay and Truro. The bus stop is very near to the property. The property is located in an elevated position in a peaceful part of Perranporth. A short walk to the South West Coastal path and around a 10 minute stroll to Perranporth beach and all amenities. Guest access The apartment is private for guests, with a double bedroom and a private bathroom. Free, private parking on the drive for one guest vehicle. Please park directly outside the apartment. Other things to note Strictly no smoking and no pets. However, there is a small amount of outside space (in the parking area) that guests can smoke or hang out any wetsuits on the airer supplied. The accommodation is suitable for a couple or sole occupancy.
