Fantastic location right by the water in Trollhättan

Fantastic house just a few meters from Göta Älv in Trollhättan where sheets, towels and departure cleaning are included. The house is 3 kilometers from a grocery store and 5 kilometers from central Trollhättan. Around the corner is a nature reserve with "Edsvindsleden" which is a fantastic hike! The house has two bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in one of the living rooms, three toilets and a large terrace with a bathing ladder if you want to cool off. The check-out time can be adjusted depending on the next guests. The space Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with sofa, TV and another social area with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area for four people and a dining room with a large dining table for 6 people with access to the terrace. Downstairs there is also a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine and dryer as well as a smaller toilet. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and TV. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is located a few meters from the water where you can see boats pass and enjoy the surroundings. There is a large plot of land with grass lawn, soccer and handball goals as well as a trampoline. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for our children's bedrooms that are locked. Storage of clothes: In the master bedroom upstairs there is a wardrobe for hanging clothes as well as a wardrobe with shelves for storing clothes. In the bedroom downstairs there is a dresser for storing clothes. Hygiene items: In the bathroom upstairs there is a bathroom cabinet and dresser for storing hygiene items. Since this is our permanent residence, these are the storage options available for rent, the remaining spaces we store our personal items.
