You’ll love our place because of its ideal location, and the ambiance. This suite is newly renovated and super clean it's on the lower level with it has it's own private entrance. It's ultra chic, modern and sexy. The private lockable bedroom is sunny, has a plush queen-size bed, cedar closet with wood hangers, iron and ironing board , 40” smart 4k Flatscreen TV, desk, guest chair, air conditioner, heat and supplemental heater if necessary. The second part of the suite has a living room with sofa, 55" smart 4k flat screen tv and heated fireplace. Waking up in the morning, feel free to make your own coffee and tea at the coffee bar area. The coffee bar contains coffee, a selection of teas and a small refrigerator with filtered water. A microwave and sink is available for your use. Your private bathroom contains, full size spa shower with seat and rain shower head. Spa shower gel, hair shampoo, conditioner and lotion are provided for your use. Hotel style towels, and hairdryer, iron and ironing board in cedar closet in your bedroom . High speed Wi-Fi and Direct TV Cable are provided. ** This is a smoke free environment, no smoking, no E cigarettes, no burning candles, no incense, or aroma defusers, are allowed. No one under 25 years old is allowed to book. No Parties, no additional guests other than those who are part of the initial booking. All guests shall provide state ID or government ID once booking is confirmed. No Exceptions. No guests under 25 , No Pets. Guest access MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK!! You will have access to the lower level of our home. You will have a private key locked bedroom and private spa bathroom, living room. This level will definitely feel like it is your own apartment as we are not intrusive and will always knock before we come down, if we need access to the pantry. Other things to note This guest suite is private however the owner has access to the pantry, closets and laundry area, but will always will check with you first prior to entering. We also have a small rambunctious shih tzu. We will however keep her out of the guest suite. Washer and dryer is not for guest use.
