Ensuite Room available, close to Swansea with access onto the Gower with local buses, 1.3 miles from the train station. Good location for working in Swansea city centre / University or Singleton Hospital. 1x Double bed Sofa Balcony TV Then The space Large Victorian house with high ceilings and original features. There is just myself and one other person (& a dog). The room has a balcony with full height windows & a further window the other end of the room. This room is at the back of the house and is quite private with an En-suite. Difficult to realise the height of the room on the pictures and is spacious. No problem with parking normally as the street is quite quiet. Shared living room available and Virgin Media Wifi. Guest access Parking on the road is normally quite easy and just keep going along the crescent a bit if on a busy time of the day.
