Fully equipped duplex apartment - Paris La Defense

Welcome to Les Fauvelles, in our Duplex apartment located on the 2nd floor of a house of character. A stone's throw from shops and transport to quickly reach the center of Paris, you can enjoy your stay in peace, with a unique view of the towers of Paris-La Défense. And on the ground floor,the terrace reserved for you is an invitation to relax as soon as the sunny days arrive. The space This Duplex apartment includes 2 independent bedrooms (one of which is upstairs), a separate equipped kitchen, as well as a pleasant living room where a reproduction of the famous Mona Lisa sits. You also have access to your private terrace to enjoy the outdoors. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have equipped the apartment with what we like to find when we travel abroad: shower products, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets, laundry, towels, toilet paper at your arrival… not forgetting the corkscrew and bottle opener! To make you feel at home, we have taken care of the decoration, placing objects brought back from our travels or works of art like this unique painting of Duke Fleed (the pilot of Grendizer) painted on a road sign by a French artist from the south of France. And if you are missing something, you can send me a message, I am here to help you (I live on the ground floor). Guest access You have access to all the rooms of the apartment. Other things to note Bed linen is provided. If your stay is longer than 7 days, you can request clean bed linen, free of charge. For stays of less than 7 days it is possible to ask me for clean linen as an option for an additional €15 per bed. On yourarrival, youwill findtoilet paper to start your stay. You can buy some at the nearby supermarket ifyou needextra rolls. Around the house, you will find all the essential shops: in less than 3 minutes on foot, a supermarket (G20), a pharmacy, a butcher, 2 bakeries, a market on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings... And a little bit further , many other shops as well as numerous restaurants. The tram (line T2) is a 3-minute walk away. In 5 minutes, it takes you to La Défense station where you can take metro (line 1), RER A (the train that crosses all of Paris and takes you directly to Disneyland) or RER E (to reach Gare du Nord in 11 minutes). If you like to walk, around fifteen minutes are enough to go to La Défense. You can also get to the center of Paris by taking the train (line L) to Courbevoie station, a 7-minute walk from the house. There is a train to Paris-Saint Lazare (near the "Grands Magasins") approximately every 15 minutes, and it takes only 8 minutes to reach St Lazare! Registration Details 9202600004645
