Welcome to Les Fauvelles, our duplex apartment located on the second floor of a characterful house. Just steps away from shops and public transportation, you can easily reach central Paris, while enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay, enhanced by a unique view of the Paris–La Défense towers. On the ground floor, your private terrace offers a lovely space to unwind and enjoy the warmer days. The space This apartment features two independent bedrooms (one located upstairs), a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and a bright, comfortable living area. You will also enjoy a private ground-floor terrace. To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, the apartment is equipped with everything you need upon arrival: bed linen and towels, shower products, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tablets… not to mention the essential corkscrew and bottle opener. The décor has been carefully curated to create a warm and personal atmosphere, combining travel-inspired objects and original artwork, including a unique piece depicting Actarus (the pilot of Goldorak), painted by an artist from southern France on a road sign. Finally, should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, I remain available to help (I live on the ground floor). Guest access You have access to the outdoor terrace on the ground floor as well as to all areas of the apartment. The apartment has its own private entrance, and the staircase is for your exclusive use. Other things to note Upon arrival, toilet paper is provided to get you started; additional rolls can easily be purchased at nearby shops. Bed linen is provided. For stays of more than 7 nights, clean bed linen can be made available free of charge upon request. For stays of less than 7 nights, additional bed linen can be provided as an option at a rate of €15 per bed. 📌 The apartment features two double beds (140 × 190 cm) and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Under certain conditions, it is possible to accommodate a fifth guest using an extra bed, available at a rate of €15 per night. 📌A third independent bedroom, connected to the apartment, may also be reserved subject to availability. This additional room is offered at a rate of €30 per night and is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a desk. 📌 For stays planned for 4 guests, the extra bed may also be used (with additional bed linen provided) at a rate of €15 for the entire stay, particularly if some guests prefer not to share the same bed. 📩 Please contact me if you would like any of these options. Within less than 3 minutes’ walk, you will find all essential shops: a G20 supermarket, a pharmacy, a butcher, two bakeries, as well as a local market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
