In the ’90s, its private pool was a rare find—now recently renovated and ready for your next dip! Just 8 minutes from the highway, it’s a comfy, budget-friendly spot for family bonding, barkada hangouts, or laid-back celebrations. The space Our amenities: Non-heated swimming pool (1 adult, 1 kiddie). The owners opted to keep the pool cool as a challenge for some, therapy for others and a treat especially for children. Lounge / Dining Area Billiards and Videoke CCTV monitoring in common areas 2 aircon rooms with own t&b 2 aircon rooms with shared t&b Pillows and beddings are provided Kitchen w/ basic items Rice cooker, small oven Ref, gas stove, BBQ grill Parking for 6 small or 4 big vehicles Plates, cups, utensils NOT provided Toiletries & towels NOT provided Charcoal for grill NOT provided Guest access Dining hall, bedrooms, swimming pool area are exclusive to guests. Our office, located in the premises, remains open to other clients for inquiries & bookings. Other things to note 1. Please avoid early check-in / late check-out. This will shorten our cleaning and sanitizing time. 2. We are a non-service facility. Will appreciate if kitchen items used are washed after use. 3. Pets are welcome. However, we will charge appropriately should there be damages. 1st pet is free to stay. We charge a small amount of 150 pesos per pet after the 1st pet.
