This condo is ideal for couples or small families. The location offers easy access to the Cross Country Ski Center, area ski resorts, Donner Lake, local restaurants and numerous outdoor adventures. Other things to note Tahoe Donner Amenities: Due to HOA restrictions, the condo complex pool and garages are not available. However, you do have access to the Tahoe Donner Association amenities just down the road. Our condo includes four transferable guest passes for the private amenities such as pools, fitness center, marina, tennis, and equestrian facilities. Snow Removal Awareness: Snow removal in the complex may be sporadic at times when there is heavy snow volume. To set expectations, our snow removal contracts guarantee one pass through the complex every 24 hours. Sometimes, during heavy storms, crews may make a 2nd pass, but this is not guaranteed. It may be necessary for you to shovel yourself out on occasion. If you find yourself in this situation, you will find a shovel is located on the porch for your convenience. Just So You Know: We immediately face the ski slope and the Eagle Rock chair lift. During ski season, you may likely hear and see the snow cat pass by the outside of the condo in the middle of the night as they ready the slopes for your morning run. TV, Internet & Streaming We officially cut the cord with cable but that does not mean we cut the entertainment. With our high speed Internet you will have access to all the applications that are provided on our Vizio Smart TV such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Youtube. If you subscribe to any of these services, don't forget to bring your login information. We also have a selection of DVDs and games for your enjoyment. Every now and then, power outages may occur during inclement weather and the Internet may be spotty or down. This is beyond our control and is part of the charm of being in the mountains. There is no cental heat; we have electric baseboard heating and an electric fireplace. We don't have air conditioning and usually don't need it, but on those rare occasions it may warm up, two fans are provided in the unit for your comfort. No pets are allowed due to owner allergies.
