To help make your experience smooth and comfortable, please take note of the following important reminders: I. CHECK-IN - Check-in time is 3:00 PM. II. NO SMOKING POLICY - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A penalty will be imposed for any violations. III. PARKING - Complimentary parking is available along the roadside only. - Please do not use the unit owner’s designated parking slots. IV. BREAKFAST - Breakfast is not included. - Should you wish to avail of breakfast from the hotel, please coordinate directly with the front desk in advance. V. COOKING GUIDELINES - Light cooking only is allowed. - Please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods such as dried fish or squid. - Always ensure the exhaust fan is turned on while cooking. - Any penalties incurred due to cooking negligence or damage will be charged to the guest. VI. SWIMMING POOL (Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - Free pool access is limited to five guests (adults or children). Any additional guests will be charged ₱500 per head, payable directly to the pool attendant. - Proper swimming attire is required. - Towels are not provided, so please bring your own. - Night swimming (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) is allowed at ₱500 per head. Kindly inform the pool attendant in advance. - The pool is closed every Tuesday for cleaning and maintenance. VII. CHECK-OUT - Check-out time is strictly at 12:00 NN. - Requests for late check-out must be coordinated in advance and are subject to additional charges. - Please ensure all items—kitchen utensils, slippers, and other furnishings—are returned to their proper places to avoid delays or inconvenience. - Kindly turn off all appliances, air-conditioning units, and lights before leaving the unit. VIII. ASSISTANCE ON-SITE - Upon your arrival, our staff member Mark will be there to assist you and hand over the keys. He will also be available during check-out.
