Rental unit in Fulda

We live in a small village about 8 km from Fulda and Schlitz. There are shops within a radius of about 8 km. There is an hourly bus service. The apartment itself is very cozy, has a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bedroom, a small hallway and a bathroom with bathtub. Coming from the A7, our apartment can also be used as a stopover. It is also ideal for cyclists. The R1 bike path runs through our village. The space The living space is very lovingly designed. The house is located on the edge of the small village of Lüdermünd, and we have a wonderful view of the Fulda Valley. The apartment has a spacious terrace that is often used by guests. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and is only entered and used by the guests. Only the laundry room is also used by my husband and me if necessary. Other things to note From April 1, 2024, a tourist tax will be charged in all overnight accommodations in Fulda, i.e. all adult guests will have to pay an additional €2 per night per person. Example: 7 nights for 2 people = €28 extra. This flat rate will be charged separately by the host upon arrival and paid to the city of Fulda.
