Our newly renovated condo is located just one block from the beautiful Atlantic ocean and is perfect for your next getaway. Though this is a 2 bedroom unit, the condo will comfortably sleep up to 7 people. There is ample parking, a fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, community pool*, barbecue area, and TWO separate balconies and patios overlooking the pool. We hope to host you soon! *pool opening is seasonal, generally April - October* **PLEASE NOTE MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25 The space You will have access to the entire condo. The space is divided between two levels. The lower level contains a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, guest bedroom with 40 inch smart TV, queen size bed with a Nectar mattress new in 2022, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, living room with 55 inch smart TV and pull-out sofa. The upper level boasts a HUGE master bedroom with a dedicated workspace, 55 inch smart TV, king size low profile bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress, day bed (single), walk-in closet, and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is string, fast wifi throughout with download speeds averaging 200 mbps allowing you to stream, work and play seamlessly during your stay. Guest access You have private access to the full 2 bedroom condo. The only spaces which are shared are located outside and include the community pool and community barbecue area.
