Morning utensils only 🍽 ( note in case utensils are lot extar charge would be applied -₹150 Also mentioned on the notice board in the house . 5. NOTE -‼️ We DONT change Towels & Bedsheets everyday u less it gets dirty . Please note thsi carefully !!! ⚠️⚠️ Note - we only do house keeping once in the morning In case you want cook ‘s help for lunch , dinner and the utensil to be washed that time She takes ₹150 per wash except morning utensil. If need help for cooking eg - chopping of vegetables etc then ₹150 per help . NOTE- if you want the maid to come clean the house in the evening instead of morning . How far are they from the mall road? * The apartments are located in Mashobra. Mashobra is a quiet area in ​Shimla which is 8kms from the mall road​. Its a very pretty town surrounded by a protected forest all around it. It takes about 25 mins ​to reach the mall road by car. You can check the exact location on maps if you search for - the jannat view, Mashobra. *The space The whispering mountain is a comfortable 3BHK HUGE apartment which has ​AIR- CONDITIONED / heating Rooms onl​( 2,900)SQUARE FEET HOUSE ) 1) it has 3 luxurious HUGE bedrooms, each with large double beds and attached bathrooms . 2)​ Bedroom -1​ with attached bathroom and scenic valley view ​double bed + sofacum bed. 3) ​Bedroom-2 ​– with attached bathroom and scenic valley view +​ double bed +sofa cum bed. 4) ​Bedroom-3- ​with attached bathroom and balcony +​double bed and sofacum bed 5) This house​ has huge balcony!!!! in the common living room​ of the house with breathtaking views. 6) Outdoor seating is available to enjoy the serene view of the valley below. 7 ) Rooms include ​24hr Running hot and cold water​, Shower in bathroom and ​western style toilets i​ncluding hot and cold water mixers. 8) There is a ​washing machine​ in the house which can be used by the guest 9) ​Kitchen ​is outfitted with e​ssential civilities​. This the ​ONLY house​ with ​An ELEVATOR &POWER BACK UP. The room has pardonable/cover amazed wooden closet sheds,dressing and sitting territory and is empowered with 4 G Wifi and heaters in each room ( on demand) and a cable TV with HD english and hindi amusement and games channels . *Do I have to share the apartment with anyone? No we do not let out rooms individually and only let out the whole apartment ​in one go. You will have access to the whole apartment and no one else. All apartments have an independent entrance and there is only one apartment on each floor. ​ *​Does the apartment have a lift? YES ​,IT DOES ​Personal lift ​inside the house. *How is the mobile connectivity and the wifi? Mobile connectivity at the apartment is decent for all mobile networks. We are work from home friendly and have high speed broadband connections in all the apartments. The broadband company promises 100 mbps speed but we have observed the average speed to be between 35 mbps and 60 mbps What are the check in and check. *Can I check in early or check out late? Early check ins and late check outs depend on the booking before or after you . Early check in and late check outs are possible in cases only when there is no reservations before or after you. What all is included in the price? - clenaing morning only - electricity - water - 1 heater+ blower in the living room - care taker service - generator 1 hour - electric blanket *I am getting my house help/ driver along, can they be boarded? We have a servant/driver’s accommodation in the building complex. The charges are INR ​250 per night​ . *Are pets allowed? Not allowed . *What about smoking and drinking inside the house? All our homes have smoking balconies. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited as the smoke can stick inside and cause irritation to kids or other guests who come after. Also because of the excessive use of wood in the homes it's a fire hazard. Drinking is allowed inside the house. *Can we party inside the house? Mashobra is a silent valley and loud music post 10 is not permitted. We like to think of ourselves as a mild music + conversation kinda place and respect the peace of others in the vicinity. There is an INR 1000 fine for throwing up or puking inside the house . *HOUSE RULES - care taker not available after 10pm - no checkout without informing the care taker . 1. NO Smoking inside the house ( as the house is made from wood majorly) 2. please don't break crockery, furniture we might request payment for damages if any. - NO pets in the property strictly . 4. NO Lighting of the Candles inside the house . 5.Please check out on time please support us in making sure no one has to wait more than promised. 6. NO throwing / puking in the house - Rs 10,000 fine would be charged . 7. NO loud music in the house after 10pm please try to keep it low as neighbours may copmlaint . 8.Don’t forget to turn off of the AC’s ,Geysers & Lights after use 9. If anything is damaged / or items lost inside the house ,you would be liable to pay the damages. 10. CHECKOUT TIME - between 11-11:30 AM (Strictly ) 11. If there is any Late check out - charges would apply accordingly ( Rs 500 accordingly) 11. Power backup timing - ( 8-10pm) at night & 1 hour in the afternoon 12. Labour charges for washing of utensils would apply ,if required in the afternoon & at night - Rs 150 per time Kindly note - The caretaker wouldn't be available after 10pm , unless there is an emergency. We have a useful kitchen with Fridge , Microwave , electric kettle, gas, utensils and the caretaker can help you with some staple goods . In winter heaters would be charged on daily basis .There are restaurants near by which offer home conveyance over a base measure of rs 350. A neighborhood cook on installment of approx Rs 400 can likewise be orchestrated. Other things to note Care taker is accessible for cleaning and tidying the place. Boarding for drivers/hirelings can be organized on earlier notice and an ostensible whole. No surprise policy for additional services -DRIVER ROOM -₹250 per night
