CASA JACINTO VV734AS. Old, modernized single-family house with large estate located in the quiet village of Los Cabos, in Asturias. On the farm is the house, the bread bowl is over 250 years old, blocks (no animals), garage for two vehicles and terraces with land around. No fenced land. The village is about 10-15 minutes from the highway and general roads. Pravia is the closest with all the amenities. Walls of Nalón to the beach. One Pet per reservation. The space The house is a house that has belonged to several generations of my family and has been modernized, while keeping a bread bowl over 250 years old that is still in use. There is a full bathroom inside the house. The second full bathroom with washing machine is in the old farm area, away from home. Very comfortable when you are enjoying the terrace and for when you wash your clothes. What is offered is a very quiet, stress-free place, perfect for relaxing, not to worry about traffic, to take long walks or bike on the narrow roads of the village. Although it has a large amount of land to enjoy, this is not closed since, previously, it was a farmland and an ointment. If you want to bring a pet, there is no fenced land where you can leave it. One pet is allowed per reservation per reservation. You can't offer cafes, restaurants, shops, etc... in the same Los Cabos, but about 15 minutes away is Pravia, where you can find all that and more. If you go in another direction, another 15 minutes, you will find Muros de Nalón, with the beautiful and blue flag Playa de Aguilar. Located near the Vega del Rio Nalón, it is a land rich in produce, even kiwis, and if you like markets where you can find all these products and more, every Thursday, in Pravia, you can find them. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, both home and garage as well as gardens and terraces. Other things to note If you are traveling with a dog, we inform you that there is no fenced area to be able to leave them alone. It's a meadow, not a garden.
