Quiet Cozy Duplex, Great Location

This quiet neighborhood is easy walking distance to Bush Pasture Park, Best Little Steakhouse and mini golf, Dutch Bro’s Coffee, Whites Restaurant, a coffee shop and much more. It’s less than a mile to downtown shopping and eateries, and Riverfront Park and the connected Minto Brown Park, with a dog park and miles of walking or biking trails. A few miles farther will take you to the wonderful Oregon Gardens in charming little city of Silverton. Or keep going to beautiful Silver Falls Park The space This half of our duplex has been completely remodeled in 2021 with new flooring, new kitchen, new windows and window coverings, lighting and paint throughout. Guest access Guests have access to all the space inside the duplex, including the garage, the front yard, and half of the back yard area. Other things to note We have a twin size roll-away bed available. This can be used for that extra person - usually a child. There is not room to set this up in bedroom, so it has to be in the living area. This means, it is not handy for anything but a short overnight stay.
