Spacious apartment between Bern and the mountains

A peaceful retreat above Bern: Our bright 60 m² apartment is located on Bern’s local mountain, the Gurten. Relax in the hammock on the private south-facing terrace and enjoy views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The apartment has a private kitchen and reserved parking. Hiking and mountain-biking trails start almost at the doorstep, while Bern and the region are within easy reach. As the property is on the hillside, we recommend coming by car. The station and shops are a 20-minute walk away. The space The bright apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and has a separate entrance. It is entirely and exclusively available to you and comfortably accommodates up to four adults. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing shared meals and for longer stays. The cosy living area includes a sofa, TV, Wii console, Blu-ray player and Bluetooth speaker. Board games, a yoga mat and a selection of toys for younger children are also available. A particular highlight is the private, sunny south-facing terrace with a hammock, fresh herbs and views of the surrounding greenery as well as the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a washing machine and a small storage room. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment on the upper floor, the separate entrance and the private south-facing terrace. A reserved parking space directly by the property is also available exclusively for your use. The apartment is accessed via a staircase. Other things to note The property is quietly located on the hillside of the Gurten. Due to its location, we recommend arriving by car. The train station and shops are approximately a 20-minute walk away; please note that the walk back is fairly steep uphill. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. A washing machine, drying rack and laundry detergent are available in the apartment. Standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
