There's an elevator in the facilities. Other things to note Access to the apartment is via a mobile app, so please ensure your phone is fully charged before entering. To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit including toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed. We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed in the apartment before 5:00 PM. For your convenience, linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (this also applies to full housekeeping). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services. We strive to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and refrain from using them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges. From February 9th to 11th (3 days), maintenance work will be carried out in the building, specifically the replacement of flooring between Tower A and Tower B.
