Charming town house in Almuñecar

Charming townhouse located in downtown Almuñecar, very close to the Town Hall Square, cafes, shops and small supermarkets. It is a quiet area surrounded by very nice and friendly local neighbors. My interaction with guests is whenever they need it. I like to welcome them upon arrival and provide them with everything they need to make their stay very pleasant. It has two terraces that are very sunny throughout the day in winter with ocean and mountain views. It has three floors, distributed as follows: ground floor with living room with fireplace, kitchen with patio and bathroom, second floor with living room, full bathroom and two bedrooms, on the top floor there are two terraces and kitchen with fireplace.
