La Mongie – Small cabin studio – Ski-in/out

Rent a fully equipped cabin studio at the foot of the slopes (TV, microwave, oven, raclette, storage, bathtub, balcony, tables and chairs on balcony, etc.) for 3 people on the 5th floor (parking side) of the LE MONTANA residence in La Mongie. No parking space, but free parking nearby (unloading in front of the residence is tolerated) The space There are 4 beds: - in the living room: a sofa bed with 2 Bultex mattresses - in the sleeping area separated from the living room by a door: 2 bunk beds The residence is located on the slopes (departure and return by ski). All amenities (ski lift tickets, ski school, supermarket, restaurants, gifts, bakery, equipment rentals, games room, etc.) are within 50 m in winter and within 500 m in summer (July/August). Summer, exceptional site for hiking lovers. You can meet unusual animals (sheep, cow, donkey but also llama) at the foot of the studio. Activity on site or nearby: Pic du Midi, entertainment organized by the tourist office of La Mongie (hiking, sheepfold visit, etc.), mountain biking (lift open on the Barège side), Via ferrata (vertigo of the Adour), thermal baths and swimming pool (Bagnère de Bigorre and Barège), tree climbing (Bagnère de Bigorre)... Activity within 1 hour drive: Payolle nautical base, La Demi-Lune amusement park (LANNEMEZAN), Donjon des Aigles (Vallée des Gaves), PARC CHLORO'FIL (Argelès-Gazost), ... Other things to note We are not on site, bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases), towels and cleaning are not included. However, on site there is 1 double duvet and 2 single duvets + pillows. The boiler is new but some adjustments may be made to regulate the temperature of the room and hot water (nothing complicated). The higher the temperature, the louder the boiler will be because we are in the mountains with sometimes very cold outside temperatures, so it restarts each time to maintain the temperature.
