Guest suite in Toronto

The space This is a bright main floor level guest suite in my house with a full kitchen, laundry, work space where 2 monitors can be accommodated , two sets of bay windows, decorative fireplace, and exposed brick walls. A set of glass french doors separate the living area from the bedroom in order to allow views between both sets of bay windows. You can walk to either Christie or Ossington Subway station within 2-3 minutes. A work desk is set up by the front bay window, but it can easily be moved to the other room if preferred, making this suite a great choice for those who are studying or on business or on an extended stay in Toronto. On warm days enjoy time on the deck overlooking the garden. The bedroom is located at the front of the house by the east facing bay window and the patio is on the west side at the back. Guest access You have access to your own private apartment with a separate entry and keypad lock. Entry to the suite is from the back door so that there are no shared areas between my suite and the guest suite. I live above and enter from the front door to access the staircase to my suite. The guest suite is completely separate from my living space and there are no shared amenity areas. Other things to note Please remember: this is a quiet residential neighborhood and l share the path with my neighbours to the back yard. Please be quiet and courteous and respectful at all times. No parties, no stumbling in to the house drunk or high! Thank you for understanding. I live on the top two floors and there's a suite in the basement. Since this is a house (not a new condo) sometimes sound travels, which is to be expected.
