We offer reasonably priced studio rooms with the hope that you can enjoy Fukuoka's sightseeing and gourmet food to the fullest. (There are three rooms of the same type.) 　 It is a 10-15 min walk from Hakata Station and a 15 min walk from Canal City. This is a small studio room with two semi-doubles and 16 square meters. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned by our professional cleaning staff, but please understand that the the apartment is old. We will do our best to help you enjoy your trip! The space ★mportant★ - The room is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator in the apartment, so you will need to climb the stairs. - There is no washing machine. There is a coin laundry nearby (3-minute walk). - If you use too much hot water, you will not be able to use the hot water until the next morning. Please be careful not to use too much hot water, especially if there are more than three people staying in the apartment. There is a smoking area outside on the first floor of the apartment building. If you smoke inside the room, we will charge you 50,000 yen as a special cleaning fee. ◆For guests staying for consecutive nights: -We do not provide full service like a hotel, so guests are responsible for their own cleaning and laundry during their stay. -Please note that we do not change towels or sheets during your stay. -If guests wish to dispose of their own garbage during their stay, please do so after reading the manual. ◆Other: Please strictly abide by the following rules and regulations.
