The space Entrance to the property is via a remote controlled electronic motor gate and enough space is provided for parking. Walk towards the back of the dwelling to the separate entrance door that gives access to the apartment. The apartment is newly renovated. The kitchenette is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. The basic crockery and cutlery is provided. An iron and ironing board is available. The bathroom is en suite with a shower. The bedroom has a double bed, two barrel chairs and two dining room chairs with a Sheridan writing desk that may double as a dining and working table. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. A floor fan is available for those hot days.The bedroom window is fitted with block out curtains and the bathroom window with an aluminum Venetian blind.
