The Alpenheim is a friendly family business where you will feel completely comfortable. Our house is located in the center of Taufers in a quiet location. We have three new, beautiful apartments as well as a sunbathing lawn and a parking space. We, Helga and Helmut Spiess, will make sure that you will experience a great, unforgettable vacation in our house. The space The Ortler apartment is an ideal family home, has two double bedrooms with balcony, one of which is a double bedroom with shower and sink, a new bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink, a kitchen-living room with pull-out table and various amenities as well as enough dishes and pots. This apartment is on the second floor. General: hairdryer, central heating, Internet connection, bed linens, leisure guide of the region, area maps, parking, parking on the property, towels … Kitchen: Dishwasher, 4-burner stove, cooking utensils, coffee maker, dishes, fridge, freezer, kitchenette, microwave, toaster New bathroom: with walk-in shower, 1 toilet and a sink. Bedroom: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Rustic and cozy furnishings, new and good quality mattresses Dining: Dining room, seating for 6 people Entertainment: Cassette recorder, books, adult books, children's books, CD player, DVD player, radio, satellite/TV flat screen TV Outside: Balcony, deck chairs, closed residential complex, garden, grill, 4 garden chairs, 2 deck chairs Guest access In our large garden, our guests can really relax. There is a large wooden grill available or even deck chairs to really forget everyday life. Other things to note The Vinschgau Card is included for our guests all year round and allows all public transport in South Tyrol to be used for FREE, as well as to receive discounts on museum admissions. You can find more information on our homepage. From 01/01/2026, the local tax per person per day is 3.30 euros, children up to 14 years of age are FREE. It will be collected at the departure. For the fifth person, a surcharge of 5 euros per day will be charged. In the months of July, August and over the Christmas days, we rent our apartments from one week.
