The accommodation is close to public transportation, the city center and 50 meters from the beach. You will enjoy the vacation rental for the sea view, the brightness, the very pleasant living-dining room and the independent kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). There is a garden and private parking.
