We live in a large house in the Madeleine district, very close to the Pratgraussals leisure center, (Pause Guitare festival) the concert hall, shows and a 10-minute walk to the city center with its many attractions. Very quiet neighborhood. Nearby are the SNCF train station (traffic between 6 a.m. and 10:45 p.m.) + a bus stop. Shops and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. Our children have left the nest, so we are offering this rental on the first floor of our house. The space The air-conditioned accommodation is located upstairs. Accessible by a fairly steep staircase of 15 steps, it includes a bedroom for one or two people with a separate and private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). A private relaxation area also on the same floor is at your disposal with TV, Free Portal 220 channels + Netflix. Space also equipped with a sofa, a liftable coffee table, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and several cooking utensils. Breakfast (which will already be in your accommodation) is offered on the first morning You may meet Pavana, our slightly mischievous cat... Guest access Guests have access to a private bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a small living room to relax. These spaces are fully reserved for their use during their stay! During your stay We are staying on site so we will be happy to welcome you when you arrive. However, if we are unavailable, a self check-in is scheduled! If you'd like a self check-in, it's possible. Let us know and we'll send you 48 hours before the procedure to access our home. We're here for you during your stay. Other things to note As the cleaning fee is not charged, please make the accommodation as clean as possible before your departure. ⚠️Please note that ⚠️ you will be very close to the railway (see photo) with, as indicated above, very limited traffic and only between about 5:45 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. but we prefer to inform you in all honesty!!
