You will find: a 4-burner induction hob, a traditional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a traditional coffee maker, a toaster and everything you need to cook. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. - A bedroom equipped with a high quality sofa bed. On the 1st floor: - a living room with sea view - A modern bathroom with shower and sink, toilet, towel rail - a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Outside: The house has a beautiful exterior, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The beautiful terrace is ideal for lunch/dinner outside on sunny days. - You'll have a garage for your car, your bikes and sailing equipment. There is also a washing machine and shower for beach returns. As soon as you book, you will have a private concierge service, CLIC Conciergerie Batz sur Mer, which will take care of preparing your stay and welcoming you. You can rent the sheets from them if you wish. Are you arriving late? Entrust them with the delivery of your drive. Fancy a seafood platter when you arrive?
