Guest access Entire Studio, office, kitchen, bathroom including new stackable Samsung washer/dryer are all for your private use! Outdoor patio is for your use with large amazing grill and nice views of downtown. Other things to note You will get your own private gated-parking spot behind a locking 8-foot fence. Street parking is also free and easy to come by (most people staying here park on street). Please let us know if you'll need an additional parking spot ahead of time.
