The apartment is downstairs in a modern house (2017) situated on elevated land overlooking lagoons. The downstairs apartment is fully contained with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, small kitchen and large deck. The beach and esplanade, supermarkets, hotels, coffee shops are a short 10 minute stroll as we are centrally located in Hervey Bay. The space Guests will have use of the fully contained apartment downstairs. Other things to note As we are situated up on the terrace there is a lovely view out to the ocean and over the lagoons. There is an interesting variety of bird life and occasional visits by kangaroos in the parklands below.
