Room in a luxury apartment

Come and discover our charming apartment located in a new (December 2018) and secure residence (badge, and secure door). The space We offer a room in our apartment. We share the rest of the space when we are present. Guest access You will have access to a private room for 2 people. The rest of the apartment will be shared with us if we are present during your booking. During your stay We are available from 12pm to 1pm and after 5pm. Or at any time via our mailbox. Other things to note We are a 33-year-old couple with two children (4 years old and 1 year old). When we are present, our daughters go to bed between 8pm and 8:30pm (we ask that the accommodation be quiet from this time on), they usually wake up around 8:30am-9am, they are full of life and energy but we try to keep them calm (sleeping in not guaranteed😁) We love traveling and exchanging with travelers. We will welcome you with pleasure and sharing. And we'll be happy to give you tips for visiting our city. We are often away from the apartment during the weekend so you will benefit from the entire accommodation during these times (except our room and that of our daughter [the 4-year-old], you will sleep in the "room" of our one-year-old daughter). We do not accept invitations even during our absence (exceptionally if requested at an additional cost)
