The property has 300 ft of waterfront on the Medomak River. Peaceful, country setting bordered by woodland on one side and lovely neighbors on the other. The space This is an 250 year old antique farm house with ocean waterfront. Open space all around. There is a “clam shack” down at the water to enjoy sunsets and sunbathing as well as your morning coffee or tea. Ample indoor space for privacy and to stretch out and relax. Space for everyone to call their own. Comfortable indoor floor plan with lovely living and dining space. Three season barn converted to living space with a porch. Private, off-street driveway and parking for exclusive use of guests. ***Although we love dogs please NO inquiries about bringing family pets. We greatly appreciate your understanding. Indoor — Casual, roomy. Furnished like a home. You can put your feet up and relax. 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 full baths. Usually sleeps 4 to 6 guests. Maximum 4 adults please. 2 large rooms with queen beds in both. 2 great twin rooms perfect for kids. 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor. 1 half bath upstairs on the 2nd floor. Large kitchen simply equipped. Dining room seating for 6. Getaway room off the old barn -- use as a sunroom or for naps. Has a small table, a wicker couch, and a chase lounge with a breezy view of the gardens. Outside — Well lit entry & porch. Private driveway & secure off-street parking. Outdoor table & chairs, gas grill. It is a short 4-5 minute walk down the property to the waterfront. Approximately 1/4 of a mile down a private, grassy path. Please take this into consideration. There is a wagon for your use. The “Clam shack” has a deck as well as a futon inside and chairs to use outside on the lawn or down by the water. A set of stairs will take you to the waterfront for a quick dip or to enjoy the rocky shore. There are even perfect rocks to jump off at high tide. Perfect for canoeing or kayaking. We have two kayaks for your enjoyment! We can also suggest places to rent more. This beautiful house is our shared family home and we only rent out to guests a few times a summer. While we live a short drive away in New Hampshire, we have local connections and are able to take care of any concerns quickly. Guest access You have the whole house to yourself. No interruptions.
