Davids B&B — Cannabis Friendly in top location

A small but cozy and charming Bed & Breakfast. Very central location in a lively neighborhood, with 2 very private rooms in a characteristic apartment. MAXIMUM 4 adults - Cannabis/420 friendly - FREE 120 Mbps Wi-Fi. The space Very nice, light and relaxing space of approximately 30 m². 2 split level rooms with 1 private entrance. Fully furnished and renovated annually. Super centrally located. The 2 rooms that are both rented per booking. So no sharing with strangers. This part of my apartment is the perfect place for your stay in Amsterdam with the whole city within reach (see map). Two levels with two rooms in the back of my apartment. You enter on the second floor where there are two single beds (or one double can be made), 50" flat screen Smart TVr Mini stereo with Bluetooth connection and Radio, fast WiFi connection, a table with chairs and a small sofa. Sleeping: Entrance floor: There are two single beds that can be made up as a double bed. There are two more single beds on the lower floor (also made up as a double bed). Private toilet, sink and shower. Fresh and clean towels and bed linen are provided. Kitchen On the lower floor (accessible via an internal staircase) you will find a small countertop with a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster to prepare your breakfast. There is also a small refrigerator and a dishwasher. Real self-cooking with fire or electricity is prohibited, so you cannot cook in the room. There are therefore no connections for gas stoves, electric plates or the like available. There is tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cookies, sweets and much more available for you for breakfast and snacks Other information The rooms are cannabis friendly and you can smoke inside. Please note: there is no real separation (like a door or wall) between the two rooms/floors where you will be staying. Privacy between your group may therefore be limited. On the other hand, both rooms will not be rented to anyone else during your stay, so sharing with strangers is not possible or applicable. Your two rooms are located at the back of the house and are very quiet considering this great location is in the center of Amsterdam. A stone's throw away from everything Amsterdam has to offer. (No public transport is really necessary). The layout of the house, you at the back and me in front, also guarantees more than enough privacy for all of us. Guest access At check-in, we will give you 2 sets of keys, each with 1 key for the front door and 1 for the private entrance. From the private access on the second floor you enter the room with a bright "chapel" and a window overlooking the small patio. Very bright room with 2 single beds (alternatively you can prepare a double bed), flat-screen smart TV, radio/CD player with Bluetooth connection, fast Wi-Fi connection, a table with chairs and a sofa. Going down the stairs inside the room, you enter the second bedroom (without windows) with the other 2 beds, a pantry to prepare breakfast and snacks, and the bathroom with a shower. There is a fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the B&B. Sleeping: Both rooms have two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. For rainy days, some classic board games are available. Other things to note You will find tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, sweets and much more in the rooms. This way you can prepare your breakfast in complete freedom and whenever you like, without being bound by my schedules and programs. Fresh, clean sheets and towels are provided. --------------------/////////////////---------------------- NOISE We ask that you respect all neighbors and guests and keep noise levels at tolerable levels after 10:00 p.m. Please apply the same rules to minors in your group. Please note that the building is wooden with wooden floors that could further spread the sound, so the second floor is not a playground suitable for children. RESPECT We are in solidarity with all people and their relationships, we are respectful of everyone, we treat everyone the same and we do not make judgments. We expect you to do the same in our facility. RESTRICTIONS Please be as quiet as possible when entering or leaving the B&B. Smoking is prohibited inside the building except in the B&B/apartment! It is not allowed to store or install prohibited or flammable items inside the room. No other visitors are allowed in the B&B without the owner's prior permission. Please do not take items from the apartment as souvenirs. Otherwise, the cost will be charged to the B&B account. Hanging clothes or other items outside the windows is not allowed. Guests are held responsible for any damage to furniture/decorations or other facilities within the rooms. Guests are required to take care of their own personal belongings. The owner will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered. PLANET EARTH Global warming affects us all. Please lower the heating and turn off the lights and TV before leaving the B&B, even if for a short time. Guests are required to comply with the provisions of these B&B Regulations. In the event of a breach of these regulations by a guest, the owner has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the expiry of the agreed period.
