This beautifully converted 18th century barn is one of two privately situated in a peaceful rural location in grounds of an Elizabethan Hall. Featuring contemporary art and relaxed modern furnishings, the barn stands in its own south facing walled garden, and is just fifteen minutes by car from coast, National Trust properties and award-winning restaurants. Located just moments from the famous Weaver's Way network of country walks it is the ideal place from which to explore North Norfolk. The space Ground Floor A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, and adjacent dining area seating 6 guests. This leads onto the south facing covered terrace with table & chairs, sofa, bbq and fire pit. Decorated with contemporary paintings and relaxed modern and mid century furnishings, there’s a TV, WFi and portable WiFi speaker. A wood burner creates a really cosy feel for the colder months. First Floor Stairs lead to three bedrooms; two doubles and one twin, (which can also be configured as a king). All the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms or bathroom. Outside The property is privately situated at the end of a long drive, protected by large gates. There is parking for five cars in the adjacent courtyard. To the rear of the property the covered terrace overlooks private child-friendly south facing walled garden, and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or evening drinks. It has access to a shared games room featuring table tennis and table football. The adjoining barn, sleeping 10, can also be booked to create one larger property for up to 16 guests.
